Membership

The membership consists of eligible individuals who have deposited a minimum of one share ($10.00) in a share savings account.  In order for a person to be eligible, he/she must either live or work in Clinton, Marion, Washington or Jefferson County or be employed at one of our membership groups or be related to a current member.  Employees of the following are eligible for membership:

  • City of Carlyle, Illinois
  • Centralia Correctional Center
  • Centralia, Illinois Post Office
  • City of Centralia, Illinois
  • City of Salem, Illinois
  • Clinton County, Illinois
  • Community Resource Center
  • Community Unit School District. #1, Carlyle, Illinois
  • Dept. of Children & Family Services-Southern District
  • Dept. of Transportation-Carlyle, Illinois
  • Dept. of Public Aid- Marion and Clinton County, Illinois
  • EFI Centralia, IL
  • Hindman Manufacturing
  • Kaskaskia College
  • Marion County, Illinois
  • Pinckneyville Correctional Center
  • Precision Truck Products Inc. Salem, IL
  • South Central Illinois Mass Transit District
  • Southern Illinois Case Coordination Services Centralia, IL

Members families are also eligible for membership. 

The USA Patriot Act is a Federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.  You will be asked to provide your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you.  We may also ask you to provide identifying documentation.

To Join Under "Living" Condition, You Will Need:

    $10 Deposit

    Picture ID

    SS Card

    Verification of Physical Address (i.e. Utility Bill)

 

To Join Under "Working" Condition, You Will Need:

    Current Pay Stub or Call to Your Employer for Verification

    and the above items

 

To Apply for a Loan, You Will Need To Join And Bring With You:

    Two Pay Check Stubs

    And have knowledge of what you own and what you owe.
