Your Credit Union Our MissionThe Kaskaskia Valley Credit Union is a financial institution owned and controlled by its members. We are dedicated to serving our members by encouraging regular saving and striving to offer financial services at favorable terms. We shall foster the ideals of cooperation in our communities through the concept of 'People Helping People'. History Kaskaskia Valley Credit Union is a non-profit financial cooperative organized solely to meet the needs of its membership. Kaskaskia Valley Credit Union was charted in 1982 as Centralia Correctional Center Credit Union. Since that time we have grown to over $4,000,000.00 in assets; from 19 members to over 1600 members.
